About Us: We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer(2) to join our dynamic team. As a
Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining system stability, troubleshooting
technical issues, and providing timely resolution to operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to and resolve technical support tickets and incidents
● Monitor system health and performance
● Perform basic system administration tasks
● Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and applications
● Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
● Participate in on-call rotation when required
● Execute and maintain backup procedures
● Assist in automation of routine tasks
Required Qualifications:
● Strong Linux system administration skills
● Experience with shell scripting (Bash)
● Solid understanding of networking concepts
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● Experience in handling customer-facing support scenarios
● Min 1 year experience
Preferred Qualifications:
● Python programming experience
● AWS cloud services knowledge
● Experience with monitoring tools
● Previous experience in a shift-based support role
Working Hours:
● Rotating shifts
● Schedule will be coordinated with team members on a rotating basis
● Flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs
