Join our highly talented Retention team to contact our vast customer base in Middle East & Africa.

 

Responsibilities

Retain and enhance the client portfolio.
Developing strategies to retain customers.
Monitoring and over-viewing client accounts.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions.

 

Qualifications

Candidates should be between 18-35 years.
Posses good communication skills in English, Tamil or Hindi.
Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telungu or Kannada will be an added advantage.
“Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in similar field for minimum one year is mandatory.

 

Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs.200,000. (Incentives Pegged to USD)

 

Working hours 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
Transportation will be provided from the office after work hours
