Creative Designer / Video Editor

We are on the lookout for a young, energetic and experienced creative designer / video editor to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary.
• Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar) and delivering via digital channels.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand across all of its social media pages.
• Working with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and structure work schedules.

Qualifications:

• Educated to diploma/ degree level, ideally in marketing or visual communications, or significant experience of working in a design/video editing role.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.
• Ability to edit videos using mobile apps. (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience in motion graphics animation and motion design a plus.
• Timely knowledge of social design features and trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, troubleshoot creative challenges and deliver on schedule.
• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.

Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus for the suitable candidate.
