Sales Executive (Software Solutions)

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Software Solutions) to join our growing Software & IT solutions team. No prior experience is required. If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy speaking with people, and want to build a long-term career in the IT industry, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Engage with potential clients and introduce our software products, IT services, and tech solutions
✔ Understand client challenges and recommend suitable software modules, IT support plans, or custom solutions
✔ Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
✔ Maintain a simple and organized record of leads, client interactions, and closed deals
✔ Collaborate with technical and product teams to align on features, solutions, and proposals
✔ Represent the company professionally and build strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✔ Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to people
✔ Passionate about software and IT Solutions, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
✔ Good attitude, strong work ethic, and target-oriented mindset
✔ Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, social media, etc.)
✔ Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an added advantage
✔ Interest in social media, online advertising, or content creation
✔ Proficiency in additional languages such as Tamil, Arabic, French, etc. would be considered an added advantage.
