Retention Executive – Colombo
Join our highly talented Retention team to contact our vast customer base in India, Middle East and Africa.
Responsibility:
- Retain and enhance the client portfolio.
- Developing strategies to retain customers.
- Monitoring and overviewing client accounts.
- Address customer concerns & provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be between 18-35 years
- Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in similar field for minimum one year is mandatory
- Possess good communication skills in English, Tamil or Hindi
- “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Attendance bonus and Performance-Based Commissions exceeding Rs. 200,000 (Incentives pegged to USD)
Working hours 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
Work Location: Rajagiriya, Colombo
