Digital Team Lead
Media Metric is looking for a Digital Team Lead to drive performance, lead a growing team, and deliver high-impact campaigns for a range of brands.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the digital team across strategy, content, paid media, and performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, and other paid campaigns
- Oversee social media calendars, creatives, and copy to ensure brand consistency + results
- Track KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Improve internal workflows, quality checks, and campaign processes
- Assist in evaluating the team’s progress on various projects, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions.
- Act as a bridge between team members and senior management, ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in an advertising agency (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads + Google Ads
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, funnels, tracking, and analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a structured approach
