We are seeking an energetic and organized Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for both creativity and collaboration and who thrives on helping drive efficiency and team unity. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that projects are completed on time and to build a positive, supportive environment within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all marketing initiatives and campaigns are executed smoothly, on schedule, and within scope.
Monitor daily activities and workflows to ensure that team members are working effectively toward shared goals.
Actively engage with team members to nurture a positive working atmosphere, building trust, and enhancing collaboration within the team.
Assist in evaluating the team’s progress on various projects, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions.
Act as a bridge between team members and senior management, ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the department.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to help implement strategies that meet the organization’s goals and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing with a proven track.
Professional qualifications and a background in the financial markets industry are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in writing, reporting, and analysis.
Exceptional public relations skills and a sociable demeanor.
Demonstrated business acumen with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
