Call Center Executive – Vavuniya

Responsibility:

• Manage outbound calls.
• Handling customer queries and customer support.
• Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking
  the extra time.
• Meet personal/ Team qualitative & quantitative targets.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be between 18-35 years.
• Possess good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi.
• “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage.

Remuneration package Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 75,000. (Incentives Pegged to USD).
