Call Center Executive – Vavuniya

Responsibility:
- Manage outbound calls.
- Handling customer queries and customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking
the extra time.
- Meet personal/ Team qualitative & quantitative targets.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be between 18-35 years.
- Possess good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi.
- “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage.
Remuneration package Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 75,000. (Incentives Pegged to USD).
